This isn't as easy or as obvious as you think. The Atlantean methodology can be summarised in seven steps: Discovery, Chaos, Order, Plans, Exection, Delivery and Handover.

Since not every client is alike, not every step is necessary. What makes Atlantean different are the Chaos and Order steps. "Chaos" is the process of tearing apart the problem you have at a very low level - much lower than most consultancies are equipped to hanfle.
